Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Walzi mobile application ("the App"), operated by Yunok Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Walzi, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the App.

2. Description of Service

Walzi is a mobile application that allows users to browse, preview, favorite, organize into lists, download, and set wallpaper images on their device's home screen and/or lock screen. The App may also display push notifications about new content and advertisements to support free access.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Wallpaper Content

• Wallpapers made available through the App are provided for personal use, including setting them as your device's home/lock screen background.
• Unless otherwise stated, wallpapers may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• We do our best to ensure wallpaper content does not infringe on third-party rights. If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details in Section 11 and we will investigate promptly.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, infrastructure, or any connected third-party services
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its content

6. Advertisements

Walzi is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed during your use of the App. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of advertisers. 7. Intellectual Property

The App's name, logo, design, source code, and underlying technology are the property of Yunok Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond the limited license described in Section 3.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase and Cloudflare, to function. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or issues arising from these third-party services being unavailable or modified.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yunok Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. (Update this section to reflect your actual country/state of operation if different.)
